A course in Mindfulness

This 8 week course entered around mindfulness has weekly one hour sessions over Zoom. Each session will explore mindfulness concepts and how to build more mindfulness into your everyday.
We’ll look at Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and how to use those tools to reduce your stress as well as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and how that might help chronic unhappiness and depression amongst other disorders. 
Many exercises will be included to help you get started and each session will begin with a meditation.
The cost of this course is $199 and I can accept up to 8 people. Please send me an email if you are interested in being in the April group. When 5 people have contacted me we will schedule the session bases on participants’ availability. reenadavis7@gmail.com
